Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We prioritize our patients by holding space for each person we see. When patients cancel an appointment, our clinicians offer that space to other people who need an appointment that week. When patients cancel within 48-hours or no show, other patients miss out on an opportunity to be seen and our staff would lose income.
If you would like to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with your provider with at least 48-hour notice. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged the full session fee if they are not able to reschedule for later that week. Insurance does not cover no shows and late cancellations, so is the patient’s responsibility to pay.
